Ibis Styles Crewe Hotel

Overall it was great-sized for the bedrooms. Booked it for £ 31.

The location is good and unbeatable as it's just off a quiet area and adequetly close to town, Very close to the train station with good size rooms and Crewe. 1 km away there is Mcdonald's, serving quick meals....  

It's a cheerful trendy boutique hotel with superfriendly and exceptional staff members. They serve appetising food, have plenty of options to choose from.

Breakfast was ok, nothing unusual... the room was surprisingly large, the bathroom could use a little more attention when cleaning

By and large the accommodation for this price was super

Lack of air conditioning in rooms during uncomfortable heat, cleanliness issues in some areas!!! The parking fees weren't advertised properly, leading to unexpected charges!!! These details can.

Heating could not be switched off. Complained, but no reaction. The card to enter the room had to be constantly reactivated, annoying.

Upon arrival, lady at reception spoke poor English and was overwhelmed with checking in

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and the new shower was wonderful.

The toilets off the main dining room weren't checked often enough.

Clean, modern hotel, with good parking and free internet.

The menu for evening dining was un-inspiring.

My room was above the kitchen area and I had the aroma of breakfast very early in the morning in my room.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very good, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The staff on the front desk were also very pleasant.

The internet connection was very slow and intermittent and the cable did not stretch to the bed. Also the television was not as large as other places I have stayed.

The room was modern and clean. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but limited, lacking some variety like tinned tomatoes. The only downside was the distance from the station, about a 15-minute walk, which could be an inconvenience for some.

Nice to have a sofa to sit on rather than lying on the bed to watch TV as in some hotels. Good clean room, staff extremelly friendly.
